How long do orders take to process?

3D printed items are either printed to order, or kept in stock in some cases. Most items with a size variant are printed to order. Usually it takes no more than a day to print your order, but physically large items can take a bit longer. I try to ship out within two business days.

What kind of plastic is it?

It’s called PLA, or Polylactic Acid. It’s sustainably sourced (not from petroleum). It’s a very common 3D printing material.

Can you make (insert location here)?

It depends on whether I think it might be something others would want. It’s usually not worth my time, or your money, to do a custom job. As an example, Mt Hood took me about 12 hours and several overnight test prints to get it working flawlessly.

Can you print (insert product) bigger than the listing?

Usually not. I have a certain size of printers and I have mostly maximized what I can get out of them. If you would like a (slightly) larger size of Hawaii, check out my Etsy page (it has the shipping profile for the larger version).

Can you do other colors?
